Use an administrator account

Administration is a restricted role. Creating a normal account, organization or mentor profile does not grant administrative permissions.

Review projects consistently

1. Open Projects and select a submission awaiting review.
2. Read the submitted version, team details, cluster and impact information.
3. Record a clear decision with useful review notes.
4. Request changes where evidence is incomplete; approve only the version you have reviewed.

Separate access from approvals

Teams can operate their offices and arrange consent-based collaborations independently. Publication reviews, formal institutional arrangements and program decisions remain distinct operational responsibilities.

Handle demonstrations safely

Demo records are clearly labelled and include simulated backing. Do not interpret them as real impact or financial results. Demo seeding is restricted to local and testing environments.
