Projects, campaigns and approval
Understand drafts, public listings, review feedback and campaign updates.
Prepare a useful listing
- Open your team workspace and choose Projects.
- Explain the problem, solution, intended users and current stage.
- Select a cluster and relevant SDGs, then state an impact metric, baseline and target.
- Add the supporting material requested by the form and save a draft while you work.
Know what each status means
Draft is private work in progress. Pending review is waiting for a decision. Changes requested means you should use the review notes to revise and resubmit. Published projects have been approved for public listing. Rejected projects are not listed.
Submit and revise
Submit a complete project for review. Submission does not immediately put it on the homepage. Editing an approved listing returns it to a private review workflow; approval applies to the reviewed version.
Separate interest from backing
Campaign interest is a lead, not money received. Discuss the next step with the potential supporter. Demo projects and demo transactions are fictional and must not be treated as real commitments.
