Ideas, experiments and the startup toolkit
Turn assumptions into small experiments and useful company documents.
Write the idea clearly
Start with the problem and audience. Describe a small possible solution and the assumption it depends on. Compare ideas using impact and effort rather than choosing only the most exciting title.
Plan a test before building more
- Name the assumption you want to test.
- Define the method and the evidence you will collect.
- Set a success metric before running the experiment.
- Record the observed result and decide whether to continue, change direction or investigate further.
Use the toolkit as working material
Build your canvas, proposal and other startup documents around what your team has learned. Templates are starting points, not proof that a company is registered or ready for investment.
Track evidence, not activity alone
A meeting, document or completed task can support progress, but it is not automatically proof of validation. Attach relevant evidence when submitting a milestone or stage for review.
