Find out why a team, project or portal is missing and what to do next.
I cannot see my team
Check that you are signed in with the invited email. Open Connections and accept the team invitation. If no invitation exists, ask your team lead to send one from My workspace.
My project is not on the homepage
Open the team's Projects page and check the publication status. Drafts, pending reviews and changes-requested submissions are private. Editing an approved project requires a new review before it is listed again.
My mentor workspace has no teams
Check that your mentor account is activated and that you have an active, accepted team assignment. Ask the programme team to check the match. An active mentor account alone does not grant access to every team.
Some controls are missing
Your role may not have permission for that action. Hub viewers are read-only, and team invitations require a lead. Ask the relevant manager or Yabas operator to check your active membership.
A form did not save
Read the error message and the hint beside the field. Check dates, required information and file restrictions. For document conflicts, reload the latest version before saving your changes again.
